Sub-soil units
System S&P® GmbH sub-soil sewage plants only require a level foundation plate for installation. After installation, the unit is secured against flotation and the ground is filled.
The sewage plant cover can be opened along the entire length of the system, allowing easy access.

Our compact plants are designed as a modular system and manufactured according to current German standards. Static information about the plants with regard to permissible traffic loads, necessary intervals, flotation prevention etc. must be adapted to the individual local conditions, such as groundwater levels, terrain, stability of the subsoil or the local availability of building materials, to name just a few examples.
